About North Northamptonshire Council Legal Services
North Northamptonshire Council has invested in their legal team to support the delivery of the Council’s priorities and have created a structure that enables the team to provide a holistic legal service across the Council’s functions. This is an exciting time to join and be integral in building, establishing, and developing the new team that provides high-quality, trusted advice.
As a member of the team, individuals will be supported at a senior level and by their peers within a growing and developing team of professionals. The team’s focus is on enabling service delivery, and to achieve this, they adopt a partnering model with clients, supporting them in delivering an ambitious agenda for North Northampton.
The newly created team offers an exciting opportunity for applicants at any stage of their careers. They are committed to developing, nurturing, and growing talent, from legal assistants to future managers. The council obtained the silver status award for the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) and we are now currently working towards achieving Gold status.
Carbon-Neutral aim
North Northamptonshire Council are striving to be a carbon-neutral council by 2030.
